  • Do you want to help other entrepreneurs?
  • Do you want to contribute to the development of the Francophone entrepreneurial community?
  • Are you an entrepreneur with more than 5 years of business experience, including managing employees?

In order to ensure quality and effective support, Mentorat RésOntario has set up a unique program of development workshops and recognition of prior learning for mentors, through Réseau Mentorat, whose expertise is recognized across the country. This program, offered through our partner Collège La Cité, includes the following:

  • Free mentor accreditation
  • Development workshops
  • Co-development lab
  • Networking opportunities
  • Access to special offers

In this context, you will work in a network dedicated to excellence and innovation in coaching, notably thanks to the digital platform www.reseaumentorat.com, which allows the entire community of mentors and mentees to interact, learn, pursue their development online, and more.

If you are interested in registering for the mentor training, please send us an email with a CV to mentorat@fedefranco.ca by August 20, 2021 at 6pm. Our team will contact you for a preliminary interview.

If your application is successful, you will attend the first training session on Wednesday 25 August 2021.

Is mentorship for me?

Initial Training Details – Stage 1 of Accreditation :

The objective of the Is Mentorship for me? initial development workshop is to help you learn more about ResOntario Mentoring and the Mentoring Network and discover the mentoring it promotes. The training will be divided into 5 parts:

* What is the Mentoring Network?

* What is a mentoring relationship?

* What is the mentor’s role and approach?

* What to explore in human entrepreneurs and how?

* What are the good practices and guidelines?

Each mentor will receive a training manual. The role of mentor requires a particular openness and ability to question certain ways of doing things that we come to take for granted. The developmental workshop and sharing within Mentoring ResOntario and the Mentoring Network allows the mentor to increase their ability to listen, help and assist mentees.
